Mike Auerbach grew up in Chicago and attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. For the past 10 years, Mike has worked as an investment and acquisitions professional in commercial real estate at both Monarch Realty Partners and Bascom where he sourced, underwrote, and managed over $1 billion in CRE transactions. He now serves as the VP of Growth for 1031 Specialists.
