On October 26th, Brad Gustafson from TRANS-TRAC System will be speaking at the Upskillre Conference during a panel session titled "Global Real Estate Markets: Insights for the Road Ahead."Â His session is scheduled for 3:10 to 4:00 PM EST. For anyone interested in real estate, especially on an international scale, this is a must-attend panel session.
Who is Brad Gustafson?
Brad's journey began in 1982 when he graduated with a BA in Economics from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. Early in his career, Brad worked for Best Buy, which, at that time, had just eight stores. He became a Regional Sales Trainer, traveling across four states—Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, and Kansas—helping to open and manage about 25 new stores. This early experience in training, management, and sales provided him with a strong foundation for the career that would come next.
After a few years of adventure travel, Brad returned to the workforce, but this time, he stepped into the real estate industry. For 20 years, he worked as a real estate agent in Las Vegas, one of the most dynamic housing markets in the country. During this time, Brad didn't just sell homes—he excelled at it. He closed as many as 75 deals per year, a huge number in the competitive world of real estate. But selling homes wasn't all Brad did; he also took on roles such as Sales Manager, Team Leader, Recruiter, Mentor, and Trainer. His success in real estate stemmed not only from his market knowledge but from his ability to teach and guide others.
In addition to being an agent, Brad developed a system called TRANS-TRAC, a method for real estate agents to keep track of all the little details in a property transaction. Originally, this system was a paper-based tool. It was so useful that it became part of a continuing education course for real estate agents in Nevada. Later, in 2017, Brad updated the TRANS-TRAC system to an online version using Google Docs. Since then, over 4,000 students have purchased the system to help them better manage their work. A new, software version of TRANS-TRAC is now available at TransTracSystems.com for $12.95 per month after a 100-day free trial.
What to Expect from His Panel at the Upskillre Conference
Brad's session at the Upskillre Conference will focus on the global real estate market. Real estate is no longer a local or even a national business—it's a global one. With the rise of technology and the ease of communication, buyers and investors can now purchase properties anywhere in the world. This is creating new opportunities, but it also means there are new challenges.
During the panel, Brad will discuss some of the major trends in real estate around the world.
He will likely cover topics such as:
How technology is changing the real estate industry:Â Today, more people are using online tools to search for properties, make offers, and even sign documents. This makes the process faster, but it also requires agents and investors to stay up-to-date with the latest technology.
International markets: In some parts of the world, real estate is booming. In others, the market is slowing down. Brad will talk about what’s happening in key countries and what might be ahead.
Economic factors:Â Global real estate is tied closely to the economy. Changes in interest rates, trade agreements, and even currency fluctuations can have a big impact on real estate prices and demand. Brad will likely explain how these factors are affecting different markets and what investors should watch for in the future.
Sustainability: Environmental issues are becoming more important in real estate. Whether it’s energy-efficient buildings or homes built with eco-friendly materials, sustainability is no longer just a trend—it’s becoming a requirement. Brad may discuss how sustainability is affecting real estate markets and what professionals in the industry need to know.
Brad’s Experience in Real Estate
Brad’s long and varied career in real estate makes him the perfect person to talk about these topics. He has worked in both fast-paced and quieter markets, and he has seen both the highs and lows in the market. Whether selling homes in Las Vegas or working behind the scenes with AFX Research, Brad has always been involved in making sure the details are right.
Brad’s background as a teacher and trainer also makes him a great speaker too. He has spent years teaching others about sales, real estate, and business, so he knows how to explain complex ideas in simple terms. Whether you’re a seasoned real estate professional or someone who is just starting out, you’re sure to learn something valuable from Brad’s session.
So, if you decide to attend the conference, be sure to get your ticket and mark your calendar for Brad’s session on October 26th from 3:10 to 4:00 PM EST. Whether you’re a real estate professional looking for new ideas, an investor interested in global trends, or simply someone who wants to learn more about the industry, this session will provide valuable information for the road ahead.
